Excuse Killer #2 - I don't know what to eat

C'mon, you already know what healthy food is...mostly.
You're looking for an excuse. Aren't you?

Here's what to eat:

  • meat
  • eggs
  • vegetables (preferably non-starchy)
  • fruit (not too much)
  • good fats
  • nuts & seeds (in moderation)

Here's what to avoid:
  • gluten
  • processed foods
  • grains
  • legumes
  • dairy
  • sugar

Now, that's not too much to take in.
Keep it simple. Fit your meals to the framework and eat yummy foods.
